It's been pretty much verified that the culprit is, in fact, "Frank Cardia". He's been labeled as "DQ" from IMFL. Several folks have looked up his name and tied his pictures from IMFL to other races that he's done. He's been given a one year ban from NA Sports and his name has been pulled from the participants list for IMAZ. That's about as official as I think it's going to get. Shame on you Frank. The only thing I can think of is that he really didn’t know and when jetski guy tried to stop him he didn’t understand. I know it’s a stretch but he was so blatent about it – it wasn’t like he was trying to be sneaky and cheat. Weird.
