I know all about the working out while trying to lose weight - I took up running in the middle of an 80 pound weight loss. I'm not an expert, but from personal experience, I would fiddle with the timing of your meals in relation to your workouts to try and optimize energy at the right time. Since I run after work, a small snack (usually a Luna bar for me) on the way home from work helps get me through the run.

I hear you on the weather. Not really my thing, and I've got spring fever like crazy. Maybe Sunday will finally be warm enough for biking!

Happy birthday! :)

We had 108 consecutive hours of snow last week, after hitting 80 degrees on Tuesday!?!?!?! It forced the Indians to have to cancel and move their homestand. :( I've NEVER seen snow like this in April before. We MIGHT get a little dusting, but NOTHING like what we just got hit with!

And don't worry, I'm sure I'll outweigh you really soon! :)
