Get Your Geek On!

Ugh. I sound like such a dope. It’s a good thing I didn’t pick a career where I have to do any public speaking. But it was fun and an honor to be a part of the second podcast of Get Your Geek On!

If you haven’t already tuned in, download it now (also available via podcast subscription in iTunes)! And if you’re finding this podcast through my site, please stop by Iron Wil’s site and leave a comment telling Wil I refered you (before Sunday, please!). I could use that kickass mouse pad for work. :)

  1. Ok Chris, just because you asked, I will download it and play it on my PC/phone even though I am one of the few ancients who still do not own an iPod. I will even go and leave that comment that you asked. Hope you do get that mouse pad! :)

  2. Hey, it’s a kewl podcast! You sure took your time answering the call didn’t you? :) Great to be able to find out a bit more about you and your exploits last year.

  6. Listening to the podcast on my run today was like having you along! It was cool. And I’m so glad you addressed the potty-issue. I’ve always wondered about that…

  9. Thanks for all the positive feedback guys. I really never do much “public” speaking, so the thought of me in an interview makes me cringe a bit, even now after it’s all done.

If you haven’t already done so, make sure you leave your contact info with Wil or the Kahuna. I look forward to more surprise an athlete calls. I’m thinking it’ll soon by my favorite part of the show (especially now that I don’t have to listen to myself!). :)

  11. I finally got around to listening to it last night. You did very well - but the Kahuna missed a journalistic opportunity - I seem to remember you mentioning you were going to give an earful to the company that made the bottle holder (that broke)…. whatever happened there? Enquiring minds want to know.
