how could you think your standing still after all the progress you’ve made in training? btw once again i am jealous of your cool weather. it is hot here, 94* again today. we will not see 70* until january.

I’m a little shocked by the reality of winter coming too. I’m hanging my mental sanity on doing Chang’s in Arizona in January. I just booked Tridaddy and I as volunteers for IMWI-we’ll be in a run station on Breezeway terrace. Can’t wait to see you race.

so funny…as I rode into work this morning in my bike shorts and sleeveless jersey, I was thinking that it was perfect weather for a ride! I love this weather.

Wow. 75s on 1:05? 4000 yards? That is impressive. Your training is so out of my league!!

They’re forecasting 50 for tomorrow morning as well…that is just perfect for a long run :) (even if it’s not hot enough to maintain heat acclimation)
