Monthly Total - July 2005

Totals for last month:

* Swim: 10h 15m - 31,950 yards
* Bike: 27h 6m - 524.2 miles
* Run: 11h 55m - 81.1 miles

Looks like I had less overall work in the pool and on my bike than I did last month. I’m guessing that’s because I had two recovery weeks during July and only one in June? But my overall running despite that is up, so I guess that’s good.

  2. You’re not a machine, you’re a well-oiled human being. That’s why I’m looking at tri’s next year. Because triathletes appear to me to be some of the most well-rounded, healthy humans on the planet.

  4. And hey, are you just spreadsheeting your workouts? I use Fitlinxx because I’m a Y member, but have been considering moving away from that so much. I had about 45 hours last month, but I think that’s only because I had a week to ride my bike in Colorado. Usually I’m closer to 35-40 hours. I’d like to start bumping it up to 50-55 I think.

    It’s good to be single :)

  7. Is things like this that just make me wonder where the heck I was when they handed out blogging skill, design skills, and athletic ability (a fricken % pie Chris, I can feel no lower).

    But women do dig skills, nunchuck skills, bow staff skills, computer hacking skills. (Napolean Dynamyte)

  8. Yup, I use a spreadsheet Sascha (does anyone call you Sasch?). And Com, it does all the fancy pie graph stuff for me. I just did a screenshot and paste the graphic in here. My design skills are quite weak.

    I love Napoleon Dynamite, BTW! It took me, oh… two or three times of watching it, but it finally grew on my like mold. ;)
