Ho Hum
I feel like I’ve been neglecting posting here, but there hasn’t been to much new to report.
I think I’ve put on about four pounds of weight since Moo. That’s a lot of weight in just 10 days! And I think that’s real, solid weight and not just water weight/food bloat. And it sounds about right. I did quite a bit of indulging in the past week and a half or so. :oops:
My knee continues to feel better. At least I think it’s making progress. It was still sore on Monday, but I read more on it and I think it may be ITB related. So I’ve been doing stretches for that and it seems to help. I’m hoping that next week I may be able to do some light cycling and the week after that to maybe start running a little again as well. I’m going to really need to work on my running in the off-season.
