It takes about a week for me to actually get into my email account. Found out today that my XP was loaded after it had been used by the original user..(pirated?) End program doesnt work hardly at all either.......this system was originally Win98, but it gor so bad the system would not even start, so I took it to a freind/former co-worker, and he "fixed" it, by loading in WinXP Pro. Needless to say I dont have a disk for XP and now I have problems that microsoft wont fix because of "piracy" rules. I tried to do system restore, but it wont let me go back to a good restore point.. The pages freezing up/hanging really sux, and the mostly not being able to get into my email is creating hassles....is there an easy fix?? do I just go out and BUY a copy of WinXP or can it be fixed without it programs and /or pages freeze up.
