Still Recovering
I’m still here and recovering from Sunday. I actually feel pretty decent, but my knee is still bothering me. It just doesn’t feel quite right when walking and especially when trying to go down stairs. But hopefully it’ll continue to get better and isn’t anything serious. I think I’ll try and do some light swimming and biking starting next week. It’ll probably be weeks before I try and run again.
I’ve been eating a ton. I’ve put on a few pounds just in the last few days and I think it’s more than just food/water weight. Time to get back on the diet here again soon before I balloon up too bad!
