They're basically deep fried pieces of cheese. The first few ones are really good. Then they just start tasting like a big greasy hunk of lard. Didn't stop me from finishing my order, though. :) Elephant ears are kind of like these flat pieces of fried dough. Kind of like a flat pancake like donut with powdered sugar on top. Mmmmm!
